Parity Apparel is happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label purchased from www.parityapparel.com (http://www.parityapparel.com/) within 5 days from the date of purchase.

You can start your return in your Customer Account portal (the body icon in the website main menu) The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Once your return has been initiated, Parity will email you the shipping address as well as an authorization number that HAS to be included on a copy of the shipping receipt that is included in the return package.

Damaged or defective items may be returned within 5 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damage to clothing resulting from incorrect care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
 
Items from the Fall Collection are not eligible for return.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Ship Your Return to Parity
    •    Start your return, by clicking on the Customer Account icon on the home page by the cart icon.
    •    The cost of the shipping for the return is at the expense of the customer.
    •    Your return must include a copy of the original packaging slip.
    •    Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
    •    Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Order fulfillment usually takes around 7 business days. Shipping times may vary.

If your order hasn't arrived two weeks from the order date, please contact us and we will look into the details.
