If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
We know returns can be frustrating but we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
If for any reason you aren’t happy, you can return your order within 28 days, no questions asked. Purchased in December as a gift for the Christmas period? We extend our return and exchange period to 45 days.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the fastest way for you to receive your new item(s) is to make a new order of the item(s) you would like and return your original order to receive a full refund. This means you won’t have to wait for us to receive and process the return before your new order is dispatched.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’ll be sending something back. Please include your full name and order number.
- Print and fill-in this form and include it in the package.
- Send it off! We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns and exchanges.
- Once we’ve received the item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund. Please note: the refund may take between 5 and 10 working days to reach your bank account.
Please note: We will only accept returned/exchanged items in the same condition as they were sent, this means unworn, undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with any labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for postage when returning items (unless item arrived damaged). Refunds may take between 5 and 10 working days to reach your bank account.
